How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account directly within the Flow app, or by contacting our support team.

Option 1: Delete via the Halo app

1. Tap the Settings icon (top-right of the home screen).
2. Scroll down and tap Delete account.
3. Enter your password, then tap Delete account again to confirm.

Option 2: Contact Support

If you prefer, we can delete your account for you. Email your request to support@haloneuroscience.com.

To protect your privacy and account security, please send your request from the email address associated with your Halo account.

⚠️ Important: Deleting your account is permanent. Your data cannot be recovered.
