To activate your Halo headset, you’ll need a 6-character activation code. This is different from your order number. If you used the same email address for both your online order and your Halo app account, the code will be automatically applied. There's no need to enter it manually.
Your activation code will be emailed to you shortly after your purchase in an email titled "Halo headset activation code" If you don’t receive it, double-check which email address you used at checkout and check your Junk and Spam folders.
A common issue is entering a different email or a typo during checkout. If you think that may have happened, please contact our support team at support@haloneuroscience.com. To help us locate your order and for account security, be sure to include your full name, shipping address, phone number, and order number if you have it.
