The Halo treatment schedule consists of two phases: the Activation Phase and the Strengthening Phase.
Activation Phase (Week 1-3): 5 sessions per week
Optimization Phase (Week 4 and beyond): Up to 2 sessions per week
The current stimulation schedule is based on clinical trials where Halo was shown to be both safe and effective. At this time, the schedule can’t be adjusted, and we don’t recommend increasing the number of weekly sessions. tDCS is a powerful technology, so any changes to the protocol need to be supported by strong scientific evidence.
We know some users feel they might benefit from additional sessions, and this is an area we’re actively researching. As new evidence becomes available, we’ll look at updating the schedule to maximize both safety and effectiveness.
Restarting your stimulation schedule
